CLICK HERE to submit a paper to ICCD 2013. Paper acknowledgments will be sent to all authors.

Papers submitted to ICCD 2013 must use the two-column IEEE conference proceedings format, and must be submitted as a PDF file. A template for Microsoft Word and LaTeX can be downloaded HERE.  Submissions are limited to 8 pages.  The final, camera-ready paper limit is 6 pages, but authors are allowed to purchase up to 2 additional pages (for a total of 8) for $100 each.  We recommend that you submit the paper that you expect to publish (i.e., 6, 7, or 8 pages), but there is no requirement that the final paper and the submitted paper be the same length.
