ICCD 2022: Call For Tutorial Proposals

The International Conference on Computer Design (ICCD) encompasses a wide range of topics in the research, design, and implementation of computer systems and their components. ICCD's multi-disciplinary emphasis provides an ideal environment for developers and researchers to discuss practical and theoretical work covering computer systems and applications, computer architecture, verification and test, security, electronic design automation tools and methodologies, logical and physical aspects of circuit design, and technology. Researchers both from academia and industry are invited to submit proposals for special sessions. A tutorial session could consist of an in-depth technical presentation, demonstration and/or hands-on activities. It is expected to be interactive so that the audience remains engaged. The tutorial sessions should aim at providing a complementary experience with respect to the regular sessions. Hence, tutorial sessions focusing on hot topics of interest to the community (e.g., blockchains, machine learning techniques and application, accelerators, hardware and software security, open-source design infrastructure, and quantum computing etc.) that may also go beyond disciplines traditionally represented at ICCD are particularly welcome.

Submission details:

A single PDF file including the following information:

  • Title of the Tutorial
  • Short description of its main objectives and topics, and its relevance to the ICCD community
  • List of organizers and speakers with short bio, including the recent activity that is relevant to the topic of the tutorial
  • Tentative length and format of the tutorial (lecture, hands-on), and any special requirement for the tutorial room
  • If the tutorial has been previously offered, provide information on the conference, date, and number of attendees.

Proposals are due on or before September 3rd, 2022 11:59pm (AoE) and should be sent via e-mail to the ICCD 2022 Tutorial Chairs
