Important dates: The deadlines for early registration and cancellation are as follow.

Early registration deadline for authors: Sept. 26, 2022, 11:59PM EST
Early registration deadline for non-authors: Oct. 3, 2022, 11:59PM EST

* For authors the early registration deadline is Sept 26, while for non-authors the early registration deadline is Oct 3.

¹Author registration: At least one author per accepted paper (short or full) must register as a regular attendee by the deadline for authors using the IEEE Member (USD 850) or Non-IEEE Member rate (USD 1020). For participants who are registering as IEEE member, the member number must be provided. All author registrations are expected to provide their Easychair paper ID during the registration process.

Visa letter: If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa for entering US, please complete conference registration first and then send an email to the registration chairs, Rathish Jayabharathi and Lei Yang (rathish.jayabharathi@intel.com, lyang29@gmu.edu). Please include "IEEE ICCD invitation letter request" in your subject line.

Included in the registration: (1) A copy of the conference proceedings; (2) admission to all keynotes and technical sessions; (3) admission to conference lunches and the banquet.

On-site registrations: Available. Only credit cards will be accepted.
